over monthly payroll processes, withholding of tax and benefits administration in
an employee friendly manner.
5. Leads, executes, and directs structured performance management process
competency mapping and evaluation framework and enable employees and
managers to have robust performance-oriented culture. Evolve effective systems
to reward and recognize high performance.
6. Leads, executes, and directs learning need identification and develop solutions
through internal / external resources so that development initiatives are aligned
with current and forward-looking enterprise needs, employee development plans.
Align career growth opportunities / plans to business needs. Oversee internal
communication systems.
7. Leads, executes, and directs employee engagement and well as health & wellness
framework and practices. Evolve the engagement drivers and implement effective
solutions/ process that are market aligned.
8. Provides coaching / counseling on human resources matters to managers and
leader across the organisation.
9. Directs HR and business teams to ensure compliance with all applicable legislative
requirements and adherence to human resources policies and procedures.
Ensure that all employee life cycle correspondence is timely and effective.
10. Responsible for accuracy and completeness of human resources information
systems. Provide timely and reliable HR MIS / Dashboards and monitor
improvements.
11. Leads, executes, and directs support systems and processes to ensure HR
processes effectiveness and efficiencies using technology and outsourcing, as
appropriate. Ensures governance over vendors and service standards.
