• In 2014 after training I worked as a lead officer in bank’s ECS and CTS operations Department and operated CTS clearing ECS as well as NACH operations in accurate manners where I was also got selected from my institute as a single Bank representative in RBI’s steering committee meeting of ECS to NACH migration for sponsor banks.
• In 2015 I Worked as custodian in accounts department of the branch with satisfactory customer service, improved cross selling, increased CASA deposit with better public understanding & communication.
• In 2016 I Worked as an credit officer in Advances firstly in Non-Farm sector advances resulting raise in Non-Farm Sector advances of branch up to 21% and after in Agricultural advances which showed raise up to 37%. The recorded growth in new KCC advances was 8.5 Cr in KCC 2016 season with trustworthy customers.

· Achieved more than 100% target in KCC finance by adding approximately 100 customers every year with 100% renewal during my service period.
