  • During my tenure at Abbott, I gained extensive Knowledge and hands on experience in several key areas like Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • During these tenure I had the opportunity to have hands on experience on multiple Computer System Validation (CSV) and have also performed validation and created the documentation for the same.

Automatic Plant Monitoring and Maintenance System

  • The purpose of this project was to make an automated farming system to grow crops even in unfavourable conditions
  • This project incorporates aquaponics‑ use of aquaculture and hydroponics, along with vertical farming to create a self‑sustaining system.
  • Machine learning (using Raspberry Pi) is used for disease detection of the crops, and an integrated Arduino monitors the temperature, light and pH of the water.
  • All the relevant data is sent to the user’s phone using an android app for complete control and monitoring.
  • In this project I Used Arduino IDLE to read the Sensor Values and python code (using pySerial) to get the values on Raspberry pi for further usage.

Line Follower

  • The purpose of the project to make a robot designed to follow a predetermined path or track, typically marked with contrasting color or pattern.
  • DC motor , motor driver , arduino uno and IR sensors were used for the project.
  • Line followers utilize sensors, such as infrared or light sensors, to detect the line or track beneath them. Based on sensor feedback, the robot makes decisions to stay aligned with the path, adjusting its direction and speed as needed.
  • C programming was used to write the code for the projected and IR sensor needed to be properly calibrated according to distance to get the precise data.

Prototype Weather Station using Raspberry PI

  • This IoT based Project aims to show the current Humidity, Temperature and Pressure parameters on the LCD as well on the Internet server using Raspberry Pi.
  • We used DHT11 Humidity and Temperature Sensor and BM180 Pressure sensor module to display temperature (in Celsius), Humidity (in %) and barometric pressure (in millibar).
  • All this data is sent to ThingSpeak server for live monitoring from anywhere in the world over internet.

Sun Tracking solar panel using Arduino Uno

  • The purpose of a Sun Tracking Solar Panel using an Arduino is to maximize solar energy capture by orienting the solar panel towards the sun throughout the day
  • Components used for the project were servo motor, solar panel , Light dependent resistor (LDR) Resistor and Arduino uno.
  • We measure the intensity of light with LDRs using Arduino Based on the intensity of light on the LDR, we give the signal to the servo motor to cause the movement.
  • Application Include off grid power systems, solar water heaters, and agricultural solar tracking system.

Smart irrigation system using ESP32 and Blynk app

  • The purpose of the project was to optimize irrigation by automating watering schedules based on soil moisture levels and environmental conditions.
  • We Utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller to gather data from soil moisture sensors and weather forecasts. The Blynk app serves as the interface for users to monitor and control the irrigation system remotely.
  • It could be used to enhance water efficiency and plant health we could also adjust irrigation schedule based on real time weather data to prevent over watering or under watering.
