• I was responsible for the preliminary design process of fixedwing aircraft.
• Collaborating with the CAD design team to design UAV fuselage, Wing-joining mechanism, payload, etc based on the requirement
• Collaborating with the CFD team to study the draft profile for fuselage and drone design
• Collaborating with the CAE analysis team to study the structure reinforcement requirement for wing spar and landing gear.
• Collaboration with the manufacturing Team for manufacturing of airframe(Prototype) as per required standard from R&D.
• Lay down the testing plan to test the newly designed airframe, Post process the testing and design data for any changes to the design before final approval.
• Documentation of Design Testing and manufacturing data.
• Successfully designed Aquilla X2 VTOL hybrid UAV for medicine delivery.
