EHS Specialist is responsible for the overall health, Safety & Environmental compliance of the company. This includes managing and enforcing the company’s environmental compliance, health & safety policies and procedure, emergency response planning & general EHS education.

• Monitoring Legal Compliance - Air Emission & Quality, Annual Electrical inspection, Noise Level Monitoring, Earth pit testing, Hazardous waste Generation, D.G set stack Monitoring, WWTP Plant, Fire Form B & Submission of Forms Number, DG inspections, PESO, Hazardous waste, DISH & MPCB.
• Environmental Sustainability’s: - Implement various procedure related to sustainability like energy efficiency, Recycle, renewable energy & Sustainable water management
• Interaction: Dealing with Govt. official - Factory inspector, Electrical inspector & Municipal corporation Team
• Audits: Support internal as well External audit those are conducted in factory.
• Continuous improvement Program: - Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to build safety culture.
• Performance Measurement: Collect analyze and monitor Leading indicators & Lagging indicators
• Accident Investigation: Determine root causes & Implementing CAPA.
• Training: Conduct Internal trainings & Mock drill
• Reporting: Submission of Monthly EHS Dashboard to Top Management.
• Evaluation: Meeting with SCM, Vendors & Clients & kickoffs.
• Implementation: Effectively implementation of the EHS systems for non-routine activities like Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Work Permit Systems, TBT, LOTO etc.
• Communication: Conducting Safety Monthly Committee Meeting with Client & Contractors
• Record keeping & Reviews: Keep Documents record & Frequent review SOP & Risk assessment.
• HSE Plans: Develop and execute health and safety plans in the Workplace according to Guideline.
• Safety program: Organize National safety day/Week with Proper training for Employee for this safety Awareness & Health awareness.
• Inspections: Ensure all Machine & Plant Equipment’s are inspected as per frequency
• Health Camp: Check-up Camp for Employee and Contract Workers
• Procurement: Plan of PPE & safety device with the help of purchase team.
