To provide all information about products, vendor capacities, lead-time and limitations. Planning, analysis and evaluation of the orders and follow up of all the activities with factories/suppliers to make sure that the work will be completed as per the required quality and on time. Co-ordination with factories/ suppliers for the smooth flow of work. Co-ordination between factory and buyer and make sure to take all approvals on various factors on time. To make sure quality assurance and on time inspection of shipments and ensure that merchandise is produced in right quality and shipped on time as committed. Make sure that the merchandise is labelled and packed as per client’s requirement. Make sure that documents and shipment will be dispatched on time. On behalf of Buyer we evaluate factory and setting-up QA standards. Update buyers on all the activities right from the initial stage of the enquiry to the final dispatch of shipment & follow up for new orders and the feedback of the last orders. Maintaining records in a systematic manner.
