  • Currently deployed as Network Engineer L2 in one of most challenging client IHG where i am part of IHG NOC L2 support team which is responsible for managing Network Infrastructure of Multiple IHG Clientele.
  • Troubleshooting fault on ISP links within SLA to resolve high latency, packet drops, internet reachability, link down.
  • Dealing with Multinational Vendors like Lumen, AT&T, TATA and F5 to get hardware & ISP end issue resolved.
  • Ensuring timely and quality resolution of incidents and taking follow-up with relevant teams for timely Closure.
  • Worked on cisco devices like switches and routers.
  • VLAN configuration and creation in CISCO & BROCADE.
  • Worked on F5 Load balancer for swinging data, Creating SSL certificates, Enabling disabling Pools and nodes, IOS upgrade.
