• DISPATCH- EXPORT
• Coordinating with PPC, Production & Quality for Clearance of material & timely dispatch planning according to vessel schedule.
• Finalization of Export FF Contracts, CHA & Export Transportation Contracts.
• Handling the Exports as per Incoterm i.e. CIF, CFR, DAP, DAT & DDP for major country US, Germany, Sweden, Bosnia, Finland, Latin.
• Ocean Freight finalization for Monthly & Quarterly plan through offline and auction portal process with compare with costing price with Freight Forwarders.
• Coordination with Freight Forwarders oversees offices for DDP shipments Import clearances, Vat-Duty Payments and Product deliveries in DDP/DAP shipments.
• Preparation of Export invoice & other Documents for export in IVL.
• Preparing various MIS like daily dispatch Report, DI wise short fall report, vender evaluation, Actual Freight Spend and Impact compare with Product Freight Costing.
• Coordination with CHA & Verifying Shipping Bill before filing it in customs.
• Co-ordination with CHA and FF for Vessel Schedule, DO releasing with FF, Timely Gate in of Containers & release of BL.
• DISPATCH- DOMESTICS
• Domestic freight negotiation with Transporters & preparation of Transport contract for the same.
• Planning the dispatch of the material by considering availability of material & clearance.
• Preparation of Tentative plan vehicles plan as well as freight plan at the beginning of the month.
• Domestic Freight negotiation process will done only at Sterlite auction portal on monthly sales planning customer’s location wise.
• Arranging trucks for the timely dispatch of the material.
• Preparing Excise Invoice, Challans & other documents related to dispatch in IVL.
• Ensuring the safe delivery of material at site.
• Verifying freight bills as per transport contract & make necessary service entry for payment of Transporters.
• Calculation of transit time & levy LD if any on transporter for late delivery of material.
• Conducting the Reverse Auction on Sterlite Portal for transportation cost.
