  • Performed channel compliance audits for discount or rebates misuse and grey market audits on HP's channel partners, which include.
  • Identify significant risk areas and risk level prior to audit plans, based on channel partner's shipment, pricing, order trend, warranty data, and end customer profile.
  • Execute highly complex audits from start to end as per schedule, including preparation of audit data and communication to Channel Partners on audit initiation.
  • Gather and validate audit relevant documents (Invoice, Partner End User Contracts, Delivery Notes, Proof of Payment, etc.)
  • Follow up with partners on clarifications regarding data and liaise with internal cross-functional teams, as appropriate.
  • Perform analysis and prepare an audit findings report with recommendations, apply consequence management actions as appropriate.
  • Put up a proposed plan of action post-audit and drive closure of cases with internal HP business teams.
  • Present audit results to the Governance Board. Prepare a monthly audit cases scorecard and reports. Ensure all actions are tracked and executed as per schedule.

Communication:

  • Ensure regular communication back to the case escalators to both receiving and sending countries, and other involved stakeholders.
  • Regular follow-up and progress status on case action updates.

Market Engagement:
