• The project was designed to keep track of data such as customer personal information, vehicle information, call recordings of the customer, maintaining the history of the customer, generating reports of CSA based on the score given to them by their supervisor/TL by evaluating their call recordings, and calendarizing reports on the number of welcome/feedback calls done.

• Provided technical support to customers and team members regarding software issues.
• Performed debugging and troubleshooting of existing software programs.
• Participated in design meetings, code reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
