Aware of Capturing Transport Request and moving them from Development to Production System. Has also done process chain monitoring.

Familiar with doing development changes including GL accounts, restricting GL Accounts, creating some new KPIs, Formulas. Captured Transport Requests and moved them from Development to Production System. Has also created Technical Specific Document of Dashboard.

Got exposure to SQL and Python. Created a data warehouse project for Drug Retail System. Data was provided to us by our mentors. Data Modelling was achieved by creating the logical, physical and conceptual model of the system. Database creation for the system was done using SQL server and separate tables were created for OLTP(Online Transaction Processing) and OLAP(Online Analytical Processing). Creation of queries for both the systems was done and implemented in the SQL server database. KPIS(Key Performance Indicators) were defined for the OLAP system in order to understand what factors should be targeted more for business growth.

Was part of the supporting tickets in analytics team, HighRadius. Tickets were raised by clients when they faced issues with the dashboards provided to them. Has done analysis and rectification of the issues of the dashboards from the backend using SQL/Snowflake. Also Experienced in using Salesforce and Jeera.
