collection.

• Reengineering system viz agency and employee scorecard, settlement and repossession system, collection system to improve overall process and efficiency.

• Minimize risk and ensure compliance to help organization to achieve business objective.

• Data forecasting and re-structuring the man power to improve efficiency.

• Responsible for analysis of the Portfolio of a State through detailed

analysis to drive Portfolio Management Strategies.

• Provide end to end analytical support to the team with the objective of increasing efficiency.

• Allocation of cases for Legal Filing.

• Co-ordination with the stakeholders for feedback/recommendation of cases to initiate legal.

• Work with stakeholders to understand

objective/problem to solve it.

• Maintaining correct MIS. Timely & regularly updation of the MIS in Excel.
