  • The workshop was organised in St. Joseph Khorabar Gorakhpur on 27 June 2018
  • It was a annual workshop organised by the Catholic Diocese of Gorakhpur Education Society for training the all faculties across ICSE English medium schools to guide , instruct, equip the teachers with ways and behavioural patterns of children , making them learn with methods and strategies of the 21st century.
  • I was personally asked by the mentor a insight on Gardner's types of Intelligence.

Seminar on Mental Health and Stress Management

  • The seminar was organised by St. Joseph School Gorakhnath mentored by Dr. S Neelkanthan on 29 October 2023
  • The workshop included numerous case studies on children and their behaviours which teachers experience in the class rooms and otherwise ignore.
  • The behaviour of a child in the classroom is indeed a result of the internal conflicts plus family atmosphere.
  • As a teacher one can ignore these behavioral patterns but there is deep information potrayed by it which can certainly help in teaching learning process.
