• THDC India Limited (Jan’2023 to till date): Working collectively within the Environment Group of the Social & Environment Department across major hydro power projects, including the Tehri Power Complex (2400 MW), Vishnugad Pipalkoti Hydro Electric Project (VPHEP 444 MW), Kalai-II Hydro Electric Project (1200 MW) and Pumped Storage Projects in Maharashtra while executing the following unified core duties:

Key Environmental & Social Initiatives

• Mission LiFE & Anti-Plastic Campaigns: Acted as a core organizing committee member for the World Environment Day celebration at Corporate Office Rishikesh every year, executing impact-driven activities aligned with the MoEF&CC's Mission LiFE campaign. Spearheaded community mobilization by distributing eco-friendly jute bags in nearby communities to spread active awareness and drive the national mandate of "Say No to Plastic Bags".
• Swachh Bharat Mission Framework: Contributed as an environmentalist to CSR-led sanitation and sustainability initiatives under the Swachh Bharat Mission framework, including Swachhta Pakhwada, Swachhta Hi Seva, and Swachhta Action Plan. Focused extensively on community mobilization, cleanliness drives, waste management awareness, and toilet renovation initiatives to promote hygiene, environmental sustainability, and improved sanitation facilities in both rural and urban communities.
• Meri Maati Mera Desh Campaign: Successfully planned, developed, and managed the establishment of Amrit Vatika and Amrit Nursery under the national campaign Meri Maati Mera Desh, executing mass sapling plantation drives to foster ecological restoration and community participation.

National Campaigns: Strategized and facilitated large-scale tree plantation drives at Rishikesh under the MoEF&CC's national campaigns "#एक_पेड़_माँ_के_नाम" and "#Plant4Mother" to ensure community participation and sustainability.

Core Competencies & Key Responsibilities

• Statutory Compliance Monitoring: Supervised and monitored the stringent implementation of various Environmental Clearance (EC), Forest Clearance (FC), Consent to Establish (CTE), and Consent to Operate (CTO) conditions mandated by regulatory bodies like MoEF&CC and State Pollution Control Boards.
• Managed environmental clearance (EC) processes by drafting six-monthly compliance reports for operational projects under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, and preparing proposals for new environmental clearances from MoEF&CC, including Kalai-II HEP and pumped storage projects in Maharashtra.
• Forest Clearances & Legislation: Prepared detailed statutory proposals and drafted Annual Compliance Reports for Forest Clearances (FC) in strict accordance with the Forest Conservation Act, 1980.
• Pollution Control Liaisoning (CTE/CTO): Drafted monthly and annual compliance tracking updates for Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) clearances under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
• Supported environmental management and waste management activities by preparing and reviewing plans addressing waste management, plantation, and landscaping for upcoming projects and residential colonies.
• Drafting Institutional Responses & Parliamentary Material: Handled institutional reporting by drafting technical inputs and replies for VIP references, Parliamentary questions, and Hon'ble Court matters regarding project environmental safeguards.

• Conducted comprehensive water quality monitoring and assessment of the River Ganga during the high-density Ardh Kumbh (2016) festival at Haridwar as part of a specialized thesis.
• Gained extensive hands-on experience in the collection, testing, and analysis of key physical, chemical, and biological water quality parameters.
• Developed technical proficiency in operating and calibrating advanced laboratory water quality testing instruments to ensure data accuracy.
