- Finalization of packages include Pumps (approx 140nos), Compressors, AHUs, VRV units (240 HP cum.), pipes (MS, SS, CuNi, PVC, CPVC, GI, FRP), valves (all types) etc
- As per specification and clients requirement
- Finalizing of back to back orders for Treatment plants (STP, WTP, RO Plants), Water Mist Package and low side works after extensive vendor evaluation and cost analysis
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing agreements
- Lead vendor evaluation and selection processes to enhance supplier diversity and reliability
- Coordination with other functional teams - contracts, design, finance, site execution from material order till installation, testing & commissioning
- Effectively got Change Orders (Variation) approved by client
