- To troubleshoot the router, modem, and landline if the customer has issues with Optimum (Altice) services, and even suggest mobile services and service upgrades to the customer.
- Handle user queries and provide solutions on the spot.

The tools that were used are.
1. IDA - To pull up all the customer's information and the services with Optimum (Altice).
2. Helix - To create a ticket, close it, and even assign it based on the customer's concern.
3. Cisco - A dialer where the representative gets calls from customers and calls back to the customer.
4. AVA - An AI tool to help the representative suggest to the customer to upgrade the services and get new services.
5. Lightspeed is a tool that is used to troubleshoot the router, modem, and landline for the customer.
