• Developed and finalized project budget Cash Flow from concept stage, including material reconciliation, budget allocation, and cash flow management aligned with actual execution needs.
• Created L1 to L5 project schedules in MSP, performed resource allocation, critical path identification, and risk management for timely project delivery.
• Led coordination between site and design teams, managing drawing reviews, resolving RFIs, and ensuring seamless communication for technical clarity.
• Managed material planning and indent processes, tracked progress through dashboards, and prepared detailed weekly/monthly reports with actual vs planned analysis.
• Handled contractor bill verification, secured final approvals, and coordinated closely with accounts for smooth financial closure and payment tracking.

• Prepared the concept budget, developed the L1 MSP schedule, and finalized the WBS structure for design and build alignment of the project.
• Currently leading the planning & site coordination efforts for the Experience Center — a high-end boutique interior project — ensuring timely execution while maintaining premium quality standards.
• Coordinating between design consultants, site teams, and procurement to resolve execution challenges in real-time.

• Successfully developed a 400-level BIM model in Revit for a 10 lakh sqft built-up area, delivering complete architectural, structural, and MEP coordination for IRIS Broadway GrenoWest in initial Phase.
• Finalized the concept budget based on schematic design and early-stage quantities.
• Created a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to align stakeholders and streamline planning.
• Used Augmented Reality (AR) 3D visualizations to enhance design communication and present virtual walkthroughs to the MDs to better understanding.
• Conducted initial clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks to preempt design conflicts.
• Delivered 4D simulation (time-linked) of the project’s initial phases for better timeline understanding and stakeholder alignment.
• Established BIM-based workflow and collaboration structure through Google Workspace.
