Role: Reports Developer

Client: Merck

Responsibilities:

• Develop new standards reports based on the design specifications provided by the clients.
• Develop customized data reports (reports across subjects, sites, visits, etc.) that help data managers analyze the data faster and aid in data cleaning activities.
• Perform necessary validations on developed reports.
• Respond to UAT findings, and take corrective actions.
• Complete the documentation of the created reports, and perform tasks as per SOPs.
• Analyze existing codebases, and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
• Provide end-user support in terms of help desk for issues and problems, including serving as Tier support.
• Perform code refactoring and optimization to improve performance.

Role: Tools Programmer

Client: Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with the clients to define and understand their requirements.
• Developed SAS macros, templates, automation programs, and utilities for data cleaning and reporting.
• Developed generic macros to make the process more modular, and less repetitive.
• Modified existing macros and programs based on the requirements.
• Performed validations, quality control checks, and SAS program checks.
• Created functional test cases (UT scripts) and other process-related documents, such as the SIP (Solution Implementation Plan) and the SIS (Solution Implementation Summary).
• Performed peer review of the process-related documents, such as the SIP, UT, UAT, and SIS documents.
• Provided support in handling all technical issues, and performed additional tasks as requested by the clients.

Role: Developer

Client: Deutsche Bank (DB)

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed the business requirements for the project from the Detailed Software Requirement Specification Document (DSRS).
• Engaged in discussions with the clients to understand the requirements, and provide possible solutions for any scope of improvement in the requirements.
• Implemented new SAS codes according to the requirements.
• Performed unit testing, integration testing, and documented test end reports (TER).
• Prepared the Operational Instructions(OI) document, provided KT sessions and post-deployment support to the production support teams.
