About the Process

Allianz Middle Market Policy Admin provides services to business having a minimum sale of $5M to $50M which provides Insurance coverages to Restaurant’s, Industrial Estates, Warehouses, Offices etc. with a wide range of coverages such as Property, General Liability, Auto, Crime, Inland Marine, Umbrella & Workers Compensation. We are providing end to end services from Submission to Issuance to Endorsements to Reinsurance. Also, there is HPR coverage which provides services to Highly Protected Risk with minimum sales of $50m to $250M.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 15 employees managing the Amazon account, overseeing production deliverables, cascading operational updates, resolving team queries, handling broker requests and addressing concerns raised by Senior Manager, NA regional operations.
• Partnered with Super user to investigate long-pending ‘Auto referred accounts’, conducting trial resolutions in a mirror environment to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation prior to deployment in production.
• Processing Middle Market Policies -> end to end processing from Submission, Pricing, Quoting, Binding & Issuance for New business & Renewals. Post issuance- > Endorsements, Cancel/Rewrite, Reissue, BOR & Renewals.
• Working on multiple applications such as Cube (Package & Liability), Global Genius, AZGO, AQS, Cognos, CIS, EPIC, CMC Manual Plus and FFIC applications that include Loss Focus, D&B details, ISO Suite, MVR, E-Workflow and Forms View Facility.
• Checking & verifying critical documents, including broker submissions, submission checklists, underwriter risk assessments, pricing details, and customer loss history.
• Conducted team meetings to address process innovations, escalations, and updates for the Amazon account.
• Pulling Loss Run from Loss Focus & Cognos details as per the UW’s & Agent’s request.
• Reviewing & resolving the escalations and sharing the findings with the Escalation team, UW & the Broker.
• Audited team files and provided constructive feedback to enhance overall performance.
• Conducting weekly calls with UW/UT with regard to queries, updates and other things related to different types of work.
• Providing refresher training to team members & new joiners.
