PCTE-196: Fully Automated test bench for inertial Navigation System that is used in multiple fighter aircrafts. 

32-Channel PCM Encoder: 32 channel data acquisition system using for validation and testing of missiles. It converts 32-channel sensor data in to encoded PCM stream that are further transmitted by a RF Transmitters. 

DAC for Receiver Control Unit: Reverse engineered 10 Bit DAC for Full band RF receiver system 

Antenna Control System: Trouble shooting, repairing and Re-commissioning of Antenna control system using for tracking the flying object. 

128-Channel PCM Encoder: 128 channel data acquisition system using for validation and testing of missiles.128 channel sensor data converted in to 10MBps multiple encoded PCM stream which further transmitted by an RF Transmitters. 

Digital Telemetry System: Full telemetry system designed and commissioned. System include PCM simulator, Bit Synchronizer, PCM DECOM, Signal Conditioner, PCM Encoder, RF receiver, Industrial PCs and Power Supply Modules. The entire system was distributed in two 19" rack and the one aerodynamically designed chamber mounted in flying object which is normally flies in supersonic speed. 

Telemetry DeCOM Card: PCI Card for demodulating and parsing the data from PCM stream that received from the satellite at maximum bit rate of 20 Mbps. It has inbuilt PCM simulator and Bit synchronizers. 

Connected IO Router (IoT): It is gateway device cum router made specially for an Advertisers to dynamically change the Advertising contents in digital signages. It runs on OpenWrt Platform with Ralink MT7620A processor. 

YBA Instrument Cluster: Instrument cluster using for one of the latest SUV Car for one of the leading car manufacturers in India 

Advance Vehicle Data Recorder (AVDR): Black box for Automotive including video information records

Intelligent Ink Supply station (ISS): Pressurized bubble free ink supply system for high-speed industrial printer for one of leading printer manufactures. 

IoT Lab HUB: An IOT gateway Device for Life science company which will function as local server (DB + Kaa Server) having interface like LoRa, BT, WiFi, Ethernet with Storage capacity of 1TB RAID-2 (SSD). It acts as an agent for connecting different life science lab equipment to the platform. There is an edge analytics engine to predicts the replacement of replenishments like filters and reagents. 

IoT Edge Hardware Accelerator: It is an inhouse hardware platform capable of configuring hardware for different use cases intended to make quick prototypes and PoC/PoV. It consists of a baseboard with SODIMM connectors and different power source in It and daughter boards for sensors and actuators interfaces, Base board is designed such that it can interface SoMs and CoMs with SODIMM interface. There is one more MCU board capable of plugging Arduino Nano, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and LoRA modules. 

Smart Brewery: Smart Connected Brewery IoT and Solution for one of the leading Beer producers in the world. It involves bringing connectivity in the current brewery, Utility, Packaging Lines, and warehouse by Integrating IoT devices and Interfaces in existing PLC SCADA System. 

Smart Airline Trolley (IoT): Fully Automated Aircraft Trolley for smart servings in the aircraft and food waste management and automation from Kitchen to Flight transportation. It involves BLE based Battery operated low-profile device to sense the temperature, light, Spill, Door open close, shock, and vibration. The device is attached to each tray in the trolley. Smart Devices can connect to the mobile apps of flight attendants and to a gateway device in the kitchen. The gateway device fetches the trip history details and write the configuration to the device for the next trip. There is web platform for connecting and managing the device and gateways.
