• Treasury Received remote KT for Treasury activities and prepared process steps in DTP
• Handling APAC, MENAT,EUROPE,LATAM,NAM Region payment
• Ensuring all payments are initiated accurately and no duplicate payments are made
• Validating all the necessary approvals and the T-codes (Treasury code) for accurate payments
• Reconciliation of T-codes to check there are no wrong debits Validating all the basic documentation required to make a payment and reject if any missing
• Initiating the payments in banking platforms (EBTPS) – in 15 different banks website
• Maintaining the daily SLA, Volume, Rejection, QC and 3X3 trackers
• Maintaining daily Operations Excellency report for daily catch-up call with clients
• Handling Treasury activities according to location and ensuring all necessary exceptions are taken place – validating the documents and uploading payments file in Bank website, downloading Daily, Monthly & Mid-Month statement from different banks & sharing it with the clients on time without breaching the TAT
• Pulling raw dump from SAP and working on the payment file and ensuring all due invoices are picked for payment and validating the invoices to ensure no duplicate payments are being raised
• Initiating the payments in Webcash tool (Web app) & TRAX (FIS tool to submit all payments).

Invoice processing

• Proactive queue management, ensuring no aged items pending for processing or aged invoice pending for discrepancy resolution/ approval
• Invoice processing-PO, NOPO and Freight invoices (SAP)
• Urgent payment invoices processing (Payment Request Forms)
• Coding of NON-PO Invoice, Creating & Booking Credit Note’s in SAP
• Investigate on invoice discrepancies and follow up with Suppliers/Clients/Vendor Master/Procurement based on the issue
• Record & manage any invoice exception including escalation as appropriate
• Request & follow up with clients on any invoice related changes/ addition in the database

Payments

• Handling different mode of payments like Schedule payment, Manual Payment, Wire, ACH,EFT, Check payment
• Worked on each Vendor line items & used to select correct partner bank and payment method to ensure payment get release to correct bank details.
• Worked on payment returns and emailing to Supplier regarding issues and following up with Supplier until issue gets resolved.
• Handling weekly activities - Sending the Overdue reports to Clients (Supplier and Intercompany) and Payment Tracker internally once in every week.
• Handling Pre-Payment activities – Exception Report, Manual clearings and Reversal Report.
• Taking immediate action on Urgent and Utility payments.
• Emails Handling-Timely and accurate response to client.
