- Each loop involved 17 step QC checking.

- Involved shot blasting, grit blasting (SA 2 ½), zinc primer, epoxy paint (up to 360 micron)
- Spray painting of 600 sqm surface daily on EP, panels and other structures
- Contractor management, procurement, contractor billing and reconciliation
- Paint quality clearance and safety compliance including control of fire and fumes hazards.
