  • Preparation of plans and estimates for maintenance services, such as rigid and flexible pavement repair, painting of curbs, delineators, and kilometer stones, road markings, avenue and median planting, cleaning and root removal, signage maintenance, and various structural maintenance work.
  • Assess pavement strength by conducting various tests, such as NSV, FWD, and BI, in all projects to ensure the parameters of road riding quality for the user. Based on the report, examine the various MMR works (overlapping and panel replacement works).
  • Prepare RA bills, work orders, and purchase orders. Check the bill raised by the contractor.
  • Define all types of internal rate analysis of regular routine maintenance work, A3-related works, and other maintenance activities for the SPVs.
  • Keep accurate records to justify the process, and any other related decisions made in this regard. Handle the delivery and inspection of items. Assist in insurance claims, if any.
  • Responsible for preparing the schedule of quantities and comparative statements. Processing of extra/substituted items, deviation statements, and claims of all types of contracts.

  • Project Length – 37 km.
  • Project Cost – 729. Cr. As per the agreement.
  • Responsibilities:
  • The preparation of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC Bills), client bills (Milestone Bills), COS bills, RA bills, along with the monthly progress report, varies for submission.
  • Creating work orders, purchase orders, and preparing subcontractor bills, and service entries for the contractor's bills in SAP.
  • Preparation, reconciliation of all major construction materials, i.e., steel, cement, sand, aggregate, etc. With respect to designed quantity, compare it with consumed quantity for audit purposes. Preparation of bulk materials, requirements, and production order.
  • Presenting the VC data on a weekly basis for elaborating the WIP quantities, liner quantities, and executing the balance scope of the project in a stipulated time.
  • Review the Daily Progress Report, planning for day-to-day work to complete the project on time.
