SALES ORDER PROCESS

• Responsible to create Sales order which in turn creates a Purchase order to supplier.
• Reviewing all the Open Sales Order for on time Shipment to customer.
• Developed reports detailing daily, weekly, monthly sales activity for management review.

• Ensured timely completion of all customer orders.
• Resolved discrepancies between customer order requests, inventory availability, and shipment schedules.

PURCHASE ORDER PROCESS

• Release the Purchase order to supplier on regular basis according to MRP, analyzing the order confirmation, shortage in ERP system and followup with supplier to ensure delivery on time to cover it.
• Maintaining a strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and customers.
• Managed the purchasing, ordering and inventory process to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Identified areas of improvement within the purchasing process and developed initiatives accordingly.
• Completing the Open PO reports, Shortage reports, Receiving challenges and closing the Accounts Payable on time
• Escalate matters requiring the Senior management's attention on timely basis.
