Body Shop (BIW)

• Evaluating the Product design to meet production requirements for manufacturing a Body.
• Work closely with Design team to manage the ECN changes and Implementation.
• Line Management of FFA (Front Floor Assembly) & RFA (Rear Floor Assembly).
• Equipment selection & validation considering workability & dimensional requirements.
• Establish a minimum surface layout and optimize operator workload to meet required JPH & calculated DST/DSTR.
• Proving out & Handover the equipment with quality.
• Complete Snag list monitoring in shutdown period.
• Process Sheet Management.
