Responsibilities include managing the commissioning team and designing the treatment plant with MBR and 3 stage RO in order to deliver zero liquid discharge. Successfully designed and commissioned the plant using optimised chemicals in coagulation and recovered around 440 KLD in 500 KLD, which was reused in the industry.
- Worked as design engineer for SG group of companies (Bindu Zeera) effluent treatment plant with 750 KLD. Responsibilities include biological treatment plant design using MBR technology and onsite optimising of chemical dosage with completely automated system IOT panel.
- Worked in foul drainage system for Kukke Subramanya city. Responsibilities include identifying the blocked manholes and illegal connections to sewer and then proposing new system wherever necessary.
- Worked in 1.6 MLD STP in Karwar city. Responsibilities include detailed design of STP using SBR technology.
