• Negotiated complex corporate procurement contracts by working closely with internal and external contacts.
• Responsible for the variation in quality/quantity between the commodity bought at the procurement centre and the same received at the central warehouse/processing centre
• Coaching and guiding Sanchalika in best procurement and extension practices, so that the company captures a majority of the marketable surplus from its shareholder farmers
• Along with the team of Sanchalika and village connects, I'm engaged in extending agriculture extension services to the members of the company
• Track, collect and share the crop production data, rainfall, pest attack, competitor activities in my area

• Provided backward and forward market linkages to the farmers through FPC by creating tie-ups with the suppliers of Agri-Inputs and buyers of Agri produce thus undergoing collective trading
• Catered package of practices of organic cotton services to the farmers
• Created awareness among farmers about FPC, increased the number of shareholders by organizing meetings, events, exposures, and other promotional activities
• Managed all financial, marketing, production and supply chain activities along with the allocated staff
