Design and propose comprehensive AV system solutions, including video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, unified communications, videowalls, Active LED displays, and KVM solutions.
Prepare detailed BOQs, equipment lists, and technical documentation in line with client requirements, RFPs, and project scope.
Evaluate and select appropriate AV hardware and software ensuring compatibility, scalability, and high performance.
Strong hands-on experience with leading OEMs including Cisco, Logitech, Poly, Jabra, Yealink, Biamp, Aten, and Blackbox.
Collaborate with OEM partners and distributors for solution validation, pricing, and technical support.
Work closely with the sales team to analyze RFPs/RFQs and develop tailored AV and video collaboration solutions.
Act as a technical consultant during the presales cycle, providing expert advice on system architecture, integration strategies, and technology recommendations.
Develop conceptual and schematic system designs, functional block diagrams, and layout drawings (AutoCAD/Visio).
Support solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and competitive technical proposals.
Conduct client meetings, discovery sessions, technical workshops, and presentations to capture requirements and demonstrate proposed AV solutions.
Coordinate with AV consultants, architects, MEP teams, and project managers to ensure system design aligns with specifications and standards.
Support tender documentation, bid submissions, and compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and technical completeness.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive presales documentation, including BOQs, SOWs, design drawings, and solution templates.
Assist project delivery teams during handover, ensuring smooth transition and clarity of design intent.
Continuously update knowledge of emerging AV technologies, collaboration platforms, and OEM product developments to enhance solution offerings.
