- Check all equipment are free from any cross contaminations specially work to ensure the allergen control program, PRP’s validation, OPRP validation & CCP Validation programs.
- Playing a lead role as a team leader to the reviewing and developing the FSMS manuals/Delivery manual/warehouse manual/HACCP manual as per the requirements of FSSC v5.1 8
- Draft the internal and external SOPs, External testing Plan, Audit Plan and checklist, as well as also doing Audits of warehouses, manufacturing facility, supplier audits as under the vendor approval SOP.

- Ensuring chips thickness and chips moisture, seasoning application, Shape, size & dimension after every hour Ensuring optimum utilization of fryer oil as per blending matrix
- Deciding the mix of fresh and blended oil to be used for frying operations
- QC IN PACKAGING AREA-
- Conducting online quality checks and finished products inspection in the packaging area to ensure compliance with standards of quality.
- Ensuring that the Quality Checkers conduct half hourly checks for air leakage and hourly checks for weight, batch printing and air fill
- Checking after every four hours the percentage of oxygen in the bags.
