I get a lot out of looking at what’s happening in business and at what companies are doing – it makes me better at working things out and solving problems. I throw myself into things at college and do leadership work, as this is good for working with people and getting things organized. I often pick up new software and other things connected to business analytics, so I don’t fall behind with what’s current in the field. When I’ve got time, I play cricket, which is good for working as a team and speaking to people, and I go to the gym – this is good for being disciplined, for concentration, and for doing things regularly.
