• Clash Detection & Resolution: Utilized Navisworks and Revit’s internal interference check to identify and resolve clashes between MEP services and residential structural elements (e.g., floor joists, beams).
• Residential Fire Protection: Modeled code-compliant residential sprinkler systems, including head placement on ceiling grids and pipe routing through wood-frame or concrete structures.
• Automated Scheduling: Generated precise Bills of Materials (BOM) and schedules for residential equipment, such as water heaters, AC units, and electrical panels, directly from the BIM model.
