Curent Project : Allegiant Airlines (01-04-2022 to Present)

Integration of Allegiant to Navitaire CRS system

The goal of Navitaire project in Allegiant is to integrate the Allegiant systems to the CRM provider Navitaire, and as part of this platform convergence convert the legacy screens into revamped screens. Also, as part of integration, all the operational data present in Allegiant will be flowing through Navitaire.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a scrum team as a Business Analyst and handling the product backlogs.
  • Coordinate the work from elicitation, documenting acceptance criteria, manage the execution to demo for stakeholders.
  • Owned the functional areas of Self-service value streams in which Day of Travel and Pre-Travel value streams were areas of expertise.
  • Following all functions of Project Life Cycle, from initiation to final delivery of deliverables and successful completion/closing of the feature backlogs.
  • Conducting scrum activities within a fully agile software development agile team as well as facilitating the implementation of agile approach within the team.

    The frontend is a native application developed for Android and iOS mobile platform independently. The backend has multiple applications on the REST API layer. A messaging system is put in place to allow push notifications to the mobile devices.
