Curent Project : Allegiant Airlines (01-04-2022 to Present)

Integration of Allegiant to Navitaire CRS system

The goal of Navitaire project in Allegiant is to integrate the Allegiant systems to the CRM provider Navitaire, and as part of this platform convergence convert the legacy screens into revamped screens. Also, as part of integration, all the operational data present in Allegiant will be flowing through Navitaire.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a scrum team as a Business Analyst and handling the product backlogs.
• Coordinate the work from elicitation, documenting acceptance criteria, manage the execution to demo for stakeholders.
• Owned the functional areas of Self-service value streams in which Day of Travel and Pre-Travel value streams were areas of expertise.
• Following all functions of Project Life Cycle, from initiation to final delivery of deliverables and successful completion/closing of the feature backlogs.
• Conducting scrum activities within a fully agile software development agile team as well as facilitating the implementation of agile approach within the team.
• Creating functional designs/User stories and documentation.
• Contribution in creation of Product backlog by the PO.
• High level estimation of User stories in consultation with Product owner.
• Ensuring the priority of stories are defined in backlog grooming in consultation with PO.
• Conducting product review with the customer, presenting new features implemented on the product during development phase, collecting feedback and resolving gaps.
• Identifying the deltas in the requirement and ensure that they are developed according to customer needs with proper user stories
• Conducted Frequent Demos to wider audience of the customer base.
• Driving UATs coordinating with Internal stakeholders and business users, logging of defects along side QA team, monitoring and ensuring fixing issues so that the features are delivered with quality.

Previous Project: Delta Airlines (01-09-2024 to 28-03-2022)

Delta Airlines -Mobility (Fly Delta App)

This is a mobile application for booking flights, managing trips, changing seats, tracking bags, and monitoring or spending SkyMiles which is the reward program points.

The frontend is a native application developed for Android and iOS mobile platform independently. The backend has multiple applications on the REST API layer. A messaging system is put in place to allow push notifications to the mobile devices.

Senior Business Analyst/Scrum master,

Responsibilities:

• Managing a scrum team as a BA as well as Scrum master and handling the product backlogs ,Lead daily scrum stand-ups for multiple teams
• Actively helped in conducting scrum activities within a fully agile software development agile team as well as facilitating the implementation of agile approach within the team

Project: Lufthansa Cargo (03-04-2020 to 17-05-2021)

Task Handling Mobile app Implementation

Responsibilities:

• Conducting multiple requirement workshops to gather business requirements offshore.
• Documenting APDs to collate the requirements to translate the requirements into the development team.
• Discussing with clients for solution identified for each requirement and finalizing solution specification documents.
• Properly communicating the business requirements into well-structured user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.
• Addressing business clarifications from the Development and Data Migration Team.
• Providing support and guidance to the Testing Team in reviewing the test cases and ensuring proper flow of data in the system.

Implementation of Operations module for Air cargo, American Airlines

Responsibilities:

• Established new business processes for the Cargo Management landscape to replace the legacy systems with a new age unified digital platform
• Conducted requirement elicitation activities and obtained customer signoff for the requirements and proposed solutions
• Translate stakeholder requirements to Business Requirement Documents such as functional specifications and business process documents.
• Organized periodic Product Review sessions with the customer to ensure transparency and scope adherence of the project
• Works in close collaboration with the product owner to Prioritize the product backlogs, Optimize the sprint goals, Address developers concerns, Avoid scope creep, Ensure that customer receives expected value from the developed solution.
• Providing support and guidance to the testing team in reviewing the test cases and ensuring proper flow of data in the system.
• Handled a vital role in phased roll out of new cargo system by providing support to the stations across the globe.
