The main role of a my job as a senior customer support executive is to handle a customer support team. Apart from that, my work is to help the coustomer with there difficulties for boarding the flights and all other problems which he would be facing while his journey. Also I was looking after the refunds and update regarding the clients itinerary during his whole trip, i would also help the coustomer to change his itinerary if he requires or in case of some cancellation from airlines and also incase of any natural or human disaster. I was helpful to my team in case of any unexpected scenario or a discussion maker to my team was answerable to my senior in case of any mistakes for me or my team.
