- One of initial tasks was to implement 3C1B system to secure business deal with Royal Enfield.
- This involved successfully launching two models, J1A and D2k/D3k, which included eight parts & 5 Colors (Matt & Glossy finish), (4 parts stickering 3C1B +1C1B).
- Successfully launch Nano soft feel paint on passenger panel for Hyundai Creta.
- This project required careful planning and execution to ensure new paint met all quality standards and customer expectations.
- For Nissan, led launch of RED edition for Magnite model, limited variant with around 2,500 units. collaborated with Musashi paint team to validate color under production conditions.
- New projects IQF study and capacity analysis for all paint shop.
- New product jigs and fixture concept development density per carriage
- Overall responsibility for daily management of all labor resources within paint shop and loading area - 152 members.

- Tasked with revamping 20-year-old plant to meet Stellantis' entry-level quality, commissioning and introducing new color to market on cc21 model.
- Initially,conducted thorough assessment of plant, identifying outdated machinery, inefficient processes, and gaps in quality standards.
- Developed detailed plan, outlining timelines, resources, and key milestones - (cc21 industrial job master schedule , A3,Sourcing file).
- In JCDC milestone present status of stage wise plannification of investment - Capacity,quality,maintenance and got go ahead, in total 23.5 M euro handled
