• Led the C&I team and successfully commissioned DDCMIS & Field instrumentation  package for Main Plant and BOP for Greenfield Power Project at (2x800 MW NTPC  Darlipali). 

• Contributed to the successful completion of R&M of DCS & Instrumentation package for  Unit I, II & III at (3x200 MW NTPC Ramagundam Stage-I,). 

• Played a pivotal role in the seamless Upgradation of DDCMIS System for Unit I & II,  along with the Common System, at NTPC Sipat (3x660 MW). 

• Managed execution and commissioning activities of DCS System including (DCS &  Relay Panel Installation, Grounding, Networking, Interpanel & Field wiring, Power Up  of DCS Panels, I/O modules, Controller, HMI etc.) • Field Cabling, Loop Checking, IO modules installation & pre-power on checking, Optical  Fiber communication establishment for DCS system. 

• Creation/Modification of Control Logic, Graphics & plant I/O data base as per client  requirement. • Hardware / Software Troubleshooting during commissioning. 

• Cabling, Loop Checking, Logic Checking. 

• Conducting Site Acceptance Test at site with customer. 

• Managed a team of site engineers, vendors, and supervisors, delegating tasks, facilitating  discussions on job planning, and generating daily progress reports to ensure timely  project completion.

• Configurations and testing of HMI like Workstations, Network switches, Server  Controllers. 

• Preparation of design specifications, engineering documents and test procedures. 

• Designing of DCS, Relay, Remote cabinets, IO Modules as per requirement  specifications. 

• Preparation of engineering documents like I/O database, loop diagrams, Drive interface  and Cable schedule, Cable tray layout, Junction box schedule & wiring diagrams. 

• Site survey for collection of existing data for basic and detailed engineering  prospective. 

• Planning & execution of FAT with customer as per standard procedures. 

• Maintaining project progress records for quality audits. 

• Recommend appropriate solutions to customer requests and coordinate with related  teams to ensure complete resolution of requests.
