  • ENGAGING AS APPROPRIATE IN SPECIAL PROJECTS SUCH AS Taking care of onsite Fulfillment especially US region, being one of the major revenue generators for GMT vertical, initiative names US-500.Target of this initiative was to fulfill 500 position in US GEO in a quarter. Co-ordinating with WMG, TA and delivery teams to achieve desired results of US targets. Identify appropriate profiles on WAR FOOT basis in coordination with WMG and sharing them with delivery teams. Ensure indents and JC are in placed with delivery to get traction. Also, we closely work with delivery team to ensure the customer interview are getting closed on time. Understanding requirements and proactively identifying staffing options, matching resource skill and experience with project requirements. Be a part of business meetings along with the RMG –Lead, Partners and Practice leadership to proactively monitor and manage resourcing activities. Support the other Central work force Lead for all matters relating to resource management and staffing for the assigned resources and business unit level. Proactive analysis of data such as resource utilization, bench management and resource forecasting and providing recommendations as appropriate. Measuring, monitoring, and improving the usage of resource management systems and processes, and working to ensure systems are continually updated. Accurate and current data for trending, attainment, forecasting, and capacity planning, and that all resource management processes are being followed my portfolio. On time reporting of daily fulfillment dashboard to senior leadership team. Maintaining a skills matrix which will provide a comprehensive view of skills across business units and service lines. Performing mid-month and month-end analysis of utilization and identify developing trends and work to develop a course of action to reduce unassigned hours and achieve planned results. Internal to Wipro Tracking quarterly revenue and order booking on weekly basis against initial commitments provided by leaders and closing reconciliations with finance team.
