  • Manage and oversee the entire portfolio of projects for IU Health Information Systems. Responsible for the management of five teams totaling 50+ program and project managers. Includes setting goals and objectives for each department, alignment of strategic priorities to projects, accountable for all budgets and cost centers within the PMO, project execution, system reporting, and integration of initiatives across all levels of the organization.
  • Responsible for creating and building a centralized project management office. Consolidated multiple levels and roles into a singular PMO with common direction, structure, and platform. Divisions of the PMO include, Strategic Projects, Design & Construction Technologies, Clinical & Business Applications, Health Solutions Program Management, and Shared Services.
  • Created centralized project structure that allowed for a clearer ability to manage resources, tracking of actuals, project budget variances, project status, timelines, milestone, return on investment, and key performance indicators.
  • Implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Program Management system to track and manage all projects. (Migrated from Microsoft Project and Smartsheets).
