As Planner ensures compliance of job planning, Validate SAP data entry to maintain its integrity, completeness. Partners with Maintenance engineers, supervisors and technicians to optimize efficiency of CMMS preventative maintenance schedules, work routes, work orders and notifications

• SAP experience implementing SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Asset and analyze SAP master data and develop strategies working with stake holders to improve plant performance efficiency
• Responsible for managing and training team of 40+ Service professionals (Thysenn krupp) for Compliance of audit recommendations pertaining to Mechanical like OMS, CFA, Work Place safety, CSM and others
• Creation and maintaining equipment hierarchies and functional locations within SAP PM to ensure adequate resources, equipment, inventory control and mapping manpower through SAP are in place to meet operational and maintenance needs
• Integrated SAP PM with other modules such as MM (Materials Management), FICO for budget tracking and controlling and QM to ensure in qualities like RR of materials, test certificates reliability inspection without any flaws for seamless data flow.
• Developed and coordinated effective predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance approaches in facilities such as ASU, Utilities and Pet coke crushers in gasifications

• Modification of BHEL gas turbines for natural gas firing Compressed air and Nitrogen, Linde, ABB and Ingersoll rand, as project engineer, responsible for feasibility studies, planning and project execution Structural and plan, reviews of P&ID for laying & construction/installation/ testing/ pre- commissioning/startup/test run.
• Maintained records for each project and engineering discipline.
• Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
• Reviewed contractor proposals to determine favorable partnerships for on-time and under-budget project completion.

• Work done in piping and valves like PSV, NRV involves heat tracing, insulation, fire proofing in pipe rack
• Managed over scheduled activities ensuring their work met project specifications as well as monitored their progress towards completion deadlines.
• Delivered projects on time and within budget constraints by effectively managing resources, schedules, and risks.
• Oversaw quality control and health and safety matters for construction teams.
