A Quality Manager, the role combines Team Management and Project Management, two distinct yet equally critical functions. On one hand, team management role requires to lead a team of 5-10 Quality Analysts, driving improvements in customer service quality through audits, actionable feedback and targeted training. On the other, project management role requires managing projects aimed at eliminating defects, improving operational metrics, and delivering actionable, data-driven insights to guide strategic business decisions.
