• Strategic sourcing, managing, monitoring, and optimizing logistics cost control, freight operations, vendor payments, and depot activities.

• Planned activities to streamline the supply chain with other functional areas to grow the business under strong competition.
• Coordinate with suppliers, stores, and internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
