• Introduced Scanmarket as replacement for Ariba, Introduced CLM and tail spend management system (lead for implementation of all 3 projects)
• Drive Adoption, usage and establish future roadmap for CLM, eSourcing activities and Tail Spend Management activities.
• Provide strategic support to Heads of Sourcing(Direct & Indirect), GCM's, CM's and Buyers on relevant topics
• Provide end to end support for eAuctions
• Deliver analytical solutions and statistical expertise on eSourcing
• Lead for monthly reporting of various KPI's of Direct Sourcing, Indirect sourcing & Sourcing insights and digitization(Procurement COE)
• Act as business analyst for tactical sourcing projects where potential impacts can be around optimization, variance reduction, volume consolidation and introduction of digital procurement opportunities
• Design AI buying channels to direct users to correct buying channels and make the process lean.
• Key participant of P2P replacement selection and input provider to P2P design to interface with various other procurement systems.

• SME for Trade Extensions/Coupa Sourcing Optimization & Ariba for executing tenders and auctions
• Liaise with buyers from across globe in managing projects(events)
• Assist managers to create, review and revise DTP’s and SLA’s.
• Act as focal point for Operational Excellence within team and review control points
• Creation and execution of complex auctions and tenders in Trade Extensions/Coupa Sourcing Optimization and Ariba
• Assisting buyers in developing strategies for eAuctions understanding market conditions and portfolio
• Solely managed eSourcing spend over 1.5 Bn EUR

• Responsible for procurement of MRO materials for ETP, Boiler plants, Advanced textile plant. Additional responsibility for procurement of Belts and Bearings for entire Anjar production facility.
• Exposure to import & local procurement for machine spares from dealers to OEM’s including development of machine spares against imported products
• Responsible for weekly report generation of PR’s & PO’s
• Vendor management, Negotiations and Inventory management were daily routine practices
• Improved savings in MRO by 22% YoY through negotiations of contracts
• Reduced downtime due to nonavailability of parts
