• I have experience as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) and in Level 3 application support for the Atlas application, serving the American Heart Association. The application comprises multiple microservices, predominantly using Java for the backend and Angular and React for the frontend, with MySQL as the database management system (DBMS). Over a 12-month period, within a 4-member team, I successfully resolved over 400+ JIRA tickets. This helped restore project timelines and ensured system stability in a critical production environment. Additionally, I introduced effective prioritization strategies and workflow improvements, resulting in a notable reduction in system downtime and an increase in customer satisfaction.
• Resolved customer inquiries in a timely manner by utilizing problem-solving skills.
• Developed scripts to automate routine tasks and processes.
• Created knowledge base documents for frequently asked questions.
• Participated in regular meetings with management regarding project status updates.
• Provided real-time support to everyday users of ATLAS.

During this period of internship provided by the company, I learned many new things. I got to

learn about the real-time implementation of codes and how they actually work. I also

developed some web pages including a shopping cart page using the front and back-end

knowledge. And finally, I and my team using the knowledge of development completed the

project.
