  • During the first week when I start reporting to the Plant I
    can handle a mass pore of 765 cum should be done
    properly without any rejection within 24 hours with proper coordination and client satisfaction.
  • Do weighment of incoming raw materials.
     Making PO and uploading invoices in the portal
     Do MRN using ERP.
     Issuing spares, lubricants and diesel using ERP.
     Making tender committee and compliance
    reports.
     Do online and offline batching.
     I learned cubes casting within two days.
     I have learned all the tests in quality fineness tests of Cement
    and
    GGBS as per IS:-4031 part (1) and 4031 part (2)
    respectively.
     DLBD(Dry loose bulk density) and DRBD(Dry rodded bulk
    density) as per IS- 2386 part (3)
     Gradation of 10mm and 20mm as per IS:-2386 part (1) ,
     Yield test of concrete as per IS:-1199,
     Silt test of sand as per IS:-2386 part(1),
     Every raw material quality test is to be done according to
    IS Code and Specifications.
     If raw material can pass the above specifications and
    standards then we can accept it otherwise reject it.
  • I should do the reconciliation of stock most probably of cement
    including all materials daily to avoid stock loss.
  • We try to reduce chipping at our plant by following
    this, after every 50-100cum production we take 300kg water,
    800kg 20mm and mix it for 2-5 minutes by this we can
    reduce chipping.
  • Silo’s PRV and dust filter should be cleaned at proper intervals of
    time and screw conveyor will also be checked daily
     Inspection of skip bucket, wire ropes, conveyor belt and mixer
    is done daily and I check wire ropes two times a day
    if there is a requirement of cadmium compound we can put on
    it.
  • Vendor Mangement and how to negotiate with vendor for
    Rates.
  • Maintain the inventory and stock for flash orders.
