*Responsible for the entire operation and Maintenance of Utilities (Compressors, Chillers, AWU, Softening Plant Fire Hydrant System, P.H.E, R.O. Plant, Cooling Tower)

*Responsible for Maintenance of Tape Extrusion Plant, Extrusion Coating Plant, Plastic Recycling Plant, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.

*Been in Projects like Static Air washer system and fire fighter project

*Analyse breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs

*Planning of Maintenance - Various activities related to planning to get maximum production with optimum efficiency i. e. reduce breakdowns in Production time , Daily checks , Preventive Maintenance , Lubricating the Machines.

*Responsible for planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machines to increase operational/ machine up time and equipment reliability.

*Have responsible for scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors

*Generation of maintenance reports and root cause analysis of the breakdowns.

*Responsible for spare parts development, design drawing and modification

*coordinate the completion of complex repairs work with vendor and job work related

*Oversee and control maintenance costs

*Prepare annual preventive maintenance plan

*Co-ordinate with external agencies for AMCs, Service calls, Testing, etc

*Support production / maintenance team during heavy job / machine setups

* Co-ordination with procurement and the vendors for requirement.

* Maintain Critical spares

* Handling man, machine & material
