• Updating or modifying the RMA in R12 based on the query
• Checking the RMA in Teleplan Tool for parts confirmation and closing the RMA manually
• Providing credit memos to the requesters
• Working with warehouse POC for the details of products available in warehouse and creating 0$ RMA and providing to receive the parts.
