As I have been in the client servicing department for over 10 years now, I have realized that one needs to be a ‘Team Player’ in order to grow the business. It is essential to understand, coordinate and have a good rapport in an organization with all the people you work with including colleagues who are not a part of your team. This helps the company progress too.

Right now I am a Client Services Director at Dentsu Webchutney, I manage Make My Trip, Kotak Silk, Verisign, AND, Sofit, Hersheys, Sony Liv, Asus India, HDFC Life, Oyo Belvilla, Trigger Happy Productions and Junglee Rummy. In terms of managing, as a Client Services Director, I ensure that all the work gets delivered on time and also share a good working rapport with the clients.

I ensure that my team also communicates with the client to understand the brand better and deliver work accordingly.
