I have started my development journey with U-To Solutions as a Trainee Software Developer and currently working as Technical Manager. I have worked on around 30+ web / desktop applications on dot net technology. I have handling U-To flagship products like RightsU, R-o-P, PlanitU, PMS, etc. from scratch (including Team Mgmt, Schema Design and Generation, process optimizations, etc). Below is my journey in U-To Solutions.

Responsibilities

Projects

1. RightsU (A Flagship product in Media Domain by U-To Solutions)

RightsU is a Content Rights & Licensing Platform for IP Management System. System control’s all type of Media Assets and their Linear, Digital, Home Video, etc rights. System allows user to Acquisition and Syndication content assets on their territory, platform, subtitling and dubbing level. Display's real-time visibility into rights availability. Realtime channels Schedule & As Run integrations of a content / assets with airing and licensing period validations. Integration with 3rd Party software using File Based, Web API, Web Service, MQ and SSIS like SAP, Broadview, Syn Memo, Kaltura, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Spearheaded the development + QA Team of 10+ members with realistic technical roadmaps, aligning project goals with cost, timeframe, and quality specification.
• Collaborated with stakeholders and project teams to aid timely delivery against technical roadmaps using Scrum.
• Communication with stakeholders / Projects team on delivery scope / requirement gathering to better understand client specifications.
• Guided, trained and mentored dev team members in tasks including debugging processes and penetration tests
• Ensured the quality of the requirement throughout SDLC, closely monitoring operations and analyzing developments.

Enables Sports Operational module for content creations to integrations with 3rd party software. Customized Asset Availability Report for Movie, Shows and Sports. Heading a team of 5 people including Dev + QA.
