At Bizrobe, I served as a Product Engineer, where I spearheaded the development of innovative solutions leveraging Python with the Flask framework. My primary responsibility revolved around building robust APIs tailored for third-party applications, enabling seamless scheduling of automated follow-up emails. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in designing intuitive dashboards to provide users with insightful analytics and metrics.

One of my key contributions involved managing the retrieval of data from various sources and orchestrating its integration with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce and Zoho. This integration streamlined the flow of information, empowering businesses to make data-driven decisions and enhance customer engagement

• Cloud Resource Management, Responsible for production Deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines, Implemented Monitoring and Alerting tool kit for the Infrastructure and implemented visualization dashboards using grafana with prometheus, and worked in reducing the cloud cost bill
