• Successfully managed roll-out of Adobe Sign & DocuSign - secure, cloud-based platforms for electronic signature, replacing need to physically sign paper documents

• Successfully delivered IT 'Shift Left Strategy' program, designed to ensure fastest possible resolution of issues and requests through optimum cost location for each IT activity ; partnered with Global IT Infrastructure teams and preferred implementation vendor to perform an assessment exercise for IT back-end tasks & processes with the objective to identify/create opportunities for downstream shift from Levels 4-0 and establishment of Global IT Service Center(ITSC)

Outcomes Achieved -

• First Time 'Resolution' improved from 76% to 82%
• % of tickets logged by ITSC increased from 60% to 90%
• Onshore Infrastructure core systems headcount reduced by 42%
• Reduction in indirect IT costs to 30%
• Managed transformation program to re-establish the 'IT Architecture Assurance' function within firm's IT Community

• Formed 'Architecture Community of Practice' entity in the new setup to be the custodian of the refined framework & governance processes
• Introduced 'IT Road-map Builder ' tool for generating road-maps across all services and product portfolio's
• Responsible for implementation of firm's IT Collaboration Services & Social Portfolio

• Successfully managed & delivered Business Case for firm's 'Unified Communications Strategy' Program, worth £2.3M; implemented new business facing solution being offered via diverse product platforms (Microsoft, Cisco, Loop Up etc.)
• Direct onshore and offshore Project Managers, Project Management Office and functional teams to ensure successful delivery of outcomes and benefits

• Top-performing Project Manager consistently sought out to re-engineer troubled projects; delivered multiple 'global' projects successfully within diverse portfolios in alignment with firm's vision in strategy; key highlights being -

1. Replacement of firm's 16 years old HR management solution (Peoplesoft to Workday)
