• Responsible for end-to-end project planning, management, and coordination encompassing scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, and project closeout
• Responsible for Quality control as per Approved DWG and BOQ Specification
• Coordination between client, Architect, Consultant, site, sub-contractors & suppliers
• Plan and organize resources in advance and closeout and hand over project
• Issuing variation orders to the concerned to execute the additional work including coordination to get it approved for execution
• Submission of monthly progress invoice as per the execute work done & coordinate till its approval & payments and the verification of subcontractors bills
• Coordination for handover certificate & competition certificate
• Collaborating with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts, reviewing drawings, and ensuring compliance with project requirements
• Creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective execution of the project
• Managing the project closeout process, including obtaining necessary approvals, conducting final inspections, and facilitating the handover of the completed project to the client

• Responsible of Onsite Execution work, as per Approved Drawing and BOQ specification
• Quality inspection of executed work & improving the labor productivity through site meetings
• Submission of monthly progress invoice as per the execute work done & coordinate till its approval & payments and the verification of subcontractors bills
• Preparing the snagging upon competition of the job & submitting inspection request to contractors and internal team for the rectification
• Attending the receive snagging from the client till it DLP to achieve the retention money
• Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers
• Attending weekly review meetings with clients, designer, supplier

• Responsible of Onsite Execution work, as per Approved Drawing and BOQ
• Quantity surveying as per drawing & site
• Ensured that all safety features and guidelines are adhered to by all workers employed at the site
• Complete Site Supervision / Execution (Structure & Finishing include MEP)
• Quality Control as per Drawings
• Layout as per Drawings
• Maintaining documentation of the Project
• Track weekly trade performance against project schedule
